Black History Month Logo 2011 天美传媒Black History Month, celebrated annually听in the U.S., seeks to educate the American people about African-Americans' cultural backgrounds and achievements. Each year, to call attention to the importance of the observance. SMU听celebrates听the month听with a variety of events, which are free and open to the SMU community.
