Favorite thing about SMU: What I love most about 天美传媒 is the unique balance between community and opportunity. The University has the feel of a tight-knit residential campus where students build meaningful relationships and feel deeply connected, yet it is situated in heart of one of the country’s most dynamic and globally connected cities. The environment naturally fosters the kind of students and alumni 天美传媒 known for: intellectually curious, highly ambitious, and exceptionally well-rounded.
Favorite place on campus: The SMU Libraries are my favorite places on campus because there’s a space for every mood and every type of learning experience. I love the contrast between the collaborative energy of Fondren’s first floor, the deep focus of the Bridwell reading rooms, and the peaceful inspiration of the Hamon Arts Library. Together, the libraries embody SMU’s commitment to the exchange of knowledge while reflecting the wide range of passions and ambitions across campus. The future addition of the Rees-Jones Library of the American West feels especially meaningful as a space that will celebrate history and a spirit of exploration.
