Molly joins ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ as a proud first-generation college graduate and two-time Baylor University alumna, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication. She brings extensive experience in higher education communications, with expertise in digital media strategy, website management, event planning, and student engagement.

Before joining SMU, Molly served as a Communications Specialist in Baylor University’s Human Resources department, supporting the Student Employment team. In this role, she led initiatives to enhance student worker engagement, created digital content across multiple platforms, and coordinated events connecting students with meaningful on-campus employment opportunities.

At the Tower Center, Molly works to foster student engagement through programs such as the Tower Scholars Program, Student Forum, The Dialogue, and Student Fellowships. She manages the Center’s digital presence, including social media, newsletters, and the blog, while creating experiences that support students’ academic, professional, and social growth. Molly is dedicated to advancing the Tower Center’s mission of developing the next generation of ethical, informed leaders.
